        "rendered": "<p><strong>Adaptation of mHealth intervention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El WP3 adaptar\u00e1 e implementar\u00e1 una intervenci\u00f3n de mHealth destinada a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad y sus cuidadores. Lleva a cabo un estudio de viabilidad para personalizar una intervenci\u00f3n existente en los EE. UU. para que se ajuste al contexto cultural y sanitario peruano. La intervenci\u00f3n se basa en la introducci\u00f3n de TSC que se convierten en navegadores sanitarios comunitarios y median entre un sistema sanitario sobrecargado y las personas con discapacidad y sus familias.<\/p>\n<p>Eval\u00faa la aceptabilidad de la intervenci\u00f3n entre la poblaci\u00f3n objetivo y recopila datos sobre su impacto, prepar\u00e1ndose para un posible futuro ensayo de control aleatorio.<\/p>\n<p>El WP3 proporcionar\u00e1 una intervenci\u00f3n escalable basada en evidencia dise\u00f1ada para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n de la demencia y mejorar el bienestar tanto de los pacientes como de los cuidadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Progress<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Initial data collection for WP3 has commenced, with focus group discussions held to understand caregivers&#8217; perceptions regarding support from a care navigator. A new research assistant with mental health clinical skills and research experience has joined the team, and in November, a fieldwork coordinator will be added. Four focus groups have been conducted to assess the viability of a care ecosystem. Care protocols for fieldwork implementation have been developed and are currently undergoing internal and external validation by researchers and caregivers of people with dementia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>",
